Dear xpyda,

I refer to your recent e'mail re the above. I have made arrangements for our staff at Retford to clean the pathway in question on a regular basis.

It seems the section of walkway which belongs to British Waterways links the 2 sections of the path which are our responsibility to keep clean.

This being the case I have instructed our staff to make sure they also clear the Waterways section when attending to the remainder.

I trust you will see some improvement in the future. Please let me know if you require any additional information..
